UPCOMING EVENTS SPONSORED BY THE PET CLUB. Pet Club Meeting. From now on, the Pet Club will meet regularly on the same day of each month, which is the 4th Monday in Party Room 4. If there is not going to be a meeting, you will be notified. The next meeting is May 22, 2006, social hour at 7:00 pm, and meeting at 7:30 pm. Next Pet Club Dinner: This month we are going to do something a little different. We are going to The Chart House Restaurant for brunch at 12 noon on April 30. There is a typical breakfast/brunch salad bar menu for $15.00. There is a much more extensive breakfast menu available for those hearty eaters for $25. And the view of the waterfront is lovely. CARL'S TV SHOW In April Carl will interview the President of The National Association Of REALTORS Tom Stevens on his TV show "Real Estate With Confidence". The show airs on Cox Cable channel 10. The interview includes Mr. Stevens thoughts about the market in Fairfax County and around the nation, interest rates, interest deductions, discount brokers, New Orleans, NAR and more.
